  6. The Slot Cars Game was designed, developed and produced
  7. by Phil Mattison. The software is licensed to you for your 
  8. own individual use only. You may make a single copy of 
  9. the Slot Cars Game software for archive purposes only. This 
  10. software is protected by U.S. and international copyright 
  11. law and cannot be copied or otherwise made available to 
  12. more than one person at the same time, without violating 
  13. the law. Phil Mattison reserves all rights not specifically 
  14. granted in this document.

  16. Other Limits on Your Use

  18. Except as specifically described in this license, you may
  19. not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate,
  20. sublicense, time-share, or electronically transmit or
  21. receive the Slot Cars Game.

  24. secret of Phil Mattison and therefore you agree not to modify 
  25. the Software or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile,

  34. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF  
  35. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND 
  36. NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, AND THE PROVISION 
  37. OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

  47. if Phil Mattison has been specifically advised of the
  48. possibility of such damages or claims. Regardless of the
  49. form of the damage or claim, the only liability Phil Mattison
  50. will have to you or any other person will be limited to the
  51. amount actually paid for the software. Because some states 
  52. and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  53. of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.

  57. This license and limited warranty can only be modified in
  58. writing signed by you and Phil Mattison. If any part or 
  59. provision is found to be unenforceable or void, the remainder 
  60. shall be valid and enforceable. If any remedy provided is
  61. determined to have failed of its essential purpose, all
  62. limitations of liability and exclusions of damages shall
  63. remain in effect.

  65. Use, duplication or disclosure of this software and
  66. documentation by the U.S. Government is subject to the
  67. restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  68. software (under FAR 52.227-19 and DFARS 252.227-7013). Sale
  69. of this software is subject to the U.S. Commerce Department
  70. export restrictions. This software is intended for use in
  71. the country in which it is first sold (or the EEC if first
  72. sold in the EEC).

  75. the laws of Arizona, U.S.A. You have specific legal
